Q. When I try to purchase I get a message saying my card does not support this type of purchase?

A. Our payment processor (Stripe) has an article about this issue. The main points are summarised below.

  • Some debit cards need pin codes so can't be used online.
  • Some card can't be used with a business from another country. We are UK registered, so this may be a problem for some outside the UK.
  • Some cards can only be used for certain types of purchases e.g. business cards.

Q. Can I use discount codes with Free Daily Dealz items?

A. Sorry no, discount codes are only applicable to item prices, not to shipping rates.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Please allow 10-15 days for delivery to the United States. In rare cases it may take slightly longer but it's actually usually quicker than expected.

Q. Do you provide tracking numbers?

A. Yes, your order can be sent with tracking, it's $2 extra.

Q. Are the colors displayed in the pictures actual colors of the products?

A. Yes. However, please note that the pictures show the real items without any special process. But the color and brightness may differ a little due to differences in lighting in the photograph, computer display screens or other such factors.

Q. Where do you ship the items from?

A. Products are shipped from our 3 different warehouses located in the USA, China & Hong Kong based on the availability.

Q. Do you accept paypal?

A. Yes. We accept all major credit cards through shopify merchant account including paypal. Your payment is 100% safe & secure.
